PDFThis project consisted of multiple extensions alongside a complete refurbishment from top to bottom, we converted what was a 4 four bedroom house into a magnificent 7 seven bedroom home.
The ground floor works comprised of a large rear extension with feature vaulted ceilings carrying eight specialist Neo frameless roof windows. The rear elevation holds a projected cathedral glass apex window with a complementary slim line aluminium roof lantern positioned in the centre of the warm deck roof overlooking the centre of the family room below.
The first floor extension has created one of the additional 3 bedrooms, this bedroom also features vaulted ceilings and a rather special orbital seat window that is cantilevered outside of the bedroom floor space.
The top floor which is essentially a loft conversion over the existing house, also extends over the new first floor and provides a two wonderful bedrooms with ensuite.
